Other Guidelines and FAQ’s
All teams should arrive the night before the event begins. Each team will play two round robin games on each of the first two days with the playoff round taking place on the third day. The championship game is over on the 3rd day at 4:30 pm.
Teams may have a maximum of 20 players and must have a minimum of 15 players.
Competition for players (recruitment) by teams entering Prospects is intense. We strongly suggest team coaches and managers obtain deposits early from prospective players.
There are no refunds on an entry fee paid. Since 9/11 we live in a much more volatile world. Terrorism, the economy and world health issues are three of many issues that make it so. Make sure your team is set and you have collected fees for each player, before you pay your registration fee.
PART E: REFUND POLICY
- There is NO REFUND of a registration fee once it is paid for any reason.
- Further, the world we live in today is much different then the pre 9/11 world. Items such as terrorism and world health issues are always posing obstacles. As a North American society we now live in an uncertain world. When a player pays their registration fee they should be aware that the no refund policy applies to any situation even to these situations listed above
- Please note that you will be charged $25 for NSF cheques
