PART A: CAMP DATE
June 3, 4, 5, and 6 2010 (activities start Thursday including goalie seminar, forward and defenseman activities, and more - TBA)
PART B: WOMEN'S REGISTRATION PROCESS
Individual entry only no club/winter team entries as this is not a club team camp
Players formed into teams consisting of 10 forwards, 6 defensemen and 2 goalies
No more then five members from the same 00/10 winter club team will be placed on the same Prospects roster for showcase portion of camp
Registrations will be accepted from November 4th, 2009 to April 31, 2010. We will be accepting and confirming applicants beginning December 20th. Prospects spots will fill up quickly. Don't delay in applying.
Rosters and activity schedules will not be posted until 7-9 days before the tournament
The required check in date will be on Thursday, stay tuned for exact date, with times to be emailed to participants at a later date (look for this in early April 2010)
PART C: PARTICIPANTS
There are limits on the number of players we will accept
Players birth year 1996 and older (limited spots of 1996 birth hockey players - maximum 60)

There is no gate fee, and no other added fees for this event
All seminars are free of charge

PART E: REFUND POLICY
There is NO REFUND of a registration fee once it is paid for any reason.
Further, the world we live in today is much different then the pre 9/11 world. Items such as terrorism and world health issues are always posing obstacles. As a North American society we now live in an uncertain world. When a player pays their registration fee they should be aware that the no refund policy applies to any situation even to these situations
Please note that you will be charged $25 for NSF cheques
PART F: FINAL ROSTERS
Prospects will put together all rosters and agendas for the weekend
All decisions are made by the Prospects staff only
We do take requests from players who wish to play with friends or team members, but we will only allow up to 5 from a club team to play together during the competition phase of this camp
Once information is listed, no changes will be made to the rosters because parents coordinate rides, and more with others in order to make the weekend run smooth
PART G: FORMAT
The exact format will be set shortly
All players are guaranteed 4 games in the competition phase plus more in other portions of the camp, the development portion (TBA)

PART J: IMPORTANT DATES
Nov 5/09 to April 1/10 - Registration online
April 15 /10 - All registration fees must be in the possession of Prospects
Nov 5 to May 25/10-organizing parents and players via email and online
May 25 to 30/10 - Rosters and schedules will be posted online
June 3 - Day 1 Start times will vary, be ready for 9:00 am (just a general time, you will get specifics emailed based on needs and travel)
June 6 - Final Day, last 2 teams would end roughly 4pm, many will be done much earlier that day, plan to leave assuming you will be one of final 2 teams.
PART K: MISCELLANEOUS NOTES
NOTE 1: While Prospects has never changed a date in the past and does not intend to in the future, we reserve the right to do so at anytime due to an emergency situation without refund of the tournament registration fee
NOTE 2: If you are writing the SAT's, please make sure you select a date to write the test that does not conflict with your participation. There are numerous days to right the SAT's throughout the year, so plan accordingly
